Gareth is an Associate of Douglas Partners with over 12 years of experience working on geotechnical and environmental projects across the UK and Australia.
Gareth joined Douglas Partners' Geelong office as a Geotechnical Engineer in 2015. His diverse portfolio includes managing projects and carrying out geotechnical and environmental fieldwork in a variety of metropolitan and remote regional locations throughout Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and NSW. He is also the Geelong branch safety officer.
He has extensive experience in geotechnical investigations for a multitude of industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure developments. His notable project experience includes land slide risk assessments, solar farm investigation, solar farm pile testing, over water drilling supervision, CPT, soil electrical resistivity testing, remote area field work and confined spaces work.
His academic background includes a Bachelor of Applied Geology (Honours) which he completed at The University of Plymouth, UK in 2005.
