Stephen is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer and Principal based in Darwin, and has over 20 years of experience working with geotechnics, pavements, materials, conformance testing and contract management in Darwin and across the Northern Territory. Stephen has also practiced in consulting roles for a range of large scale development projects across Australia and south east Asia, as well as having broad experience in the Northern Territory public sector with project development and delivery in the roads, civil and infrastructure sectors. He has represented the Northern Territory on a range of Austroads technology projects and working groups as part of his interest in road pavements and materials in remote areas.
