Sean is an Associate Geotechnical Engineer and Analyst at Douglas Partners Newcastle.
He joined Douglas Partners in 2016 after completing a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) (Civil) at the University of Newcastle in 2015.
Sean is experienced in numerical/analytical analysis and design of ground improvement, piles, tunnels, retaining walls, bridge foundations and deep excavations, and highly skilled in the use of numerical software suites such as Plaxis 2D and 3D, Slope/W, Piglet and L Pile used to undertake geotechnical analysis and design of piles, bridge foundations, excavations/cuttings, ground improvement and embankments.
Sean has held various key roles in many key infrastructure projects across Australia. He also has extensive experience in site investigation, geotechnical design and construction phase support to clients on many projects across the Newcastle-Hunter Region, including Hamilton Gasworks Remediation, Honeysuckle Foreshore Redevelopment and Minmi Residential Subdivision.
