Troy is a Senior Associate Geotechnical Engineer based in Douglas Partners' Central Coast office with over ten years' geotechnical engineering experience.
Troy is a Senior Associate Geotechnical Engineer with over ten years' geotechnical and environmental engineering experience. He completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree graduating with Honours from the University of Newcastle in 2009.
Troy joined Douglas Partners in 2008 and has worked generally within the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter Valley areas since that time. Troy also represented Douglas Partners as the Darwin Branch Manager in 2016 and 2017. Troy is currently the Geotechnical Section Manager at the Central Coast Branch and responsible for managing junior staff and consulting activities in the Central Coast and surrounding areas including a broad variety of geotechnical projects, contamination assessments, site remediation, earthworks quality control and laboratory testing.
Troy has developed extensive knowledge of the conditions in the Central Coast and surrouding areas and has a high level of expertise in pavements and residential / commercial / industrial developments including basement construction. In addition to the wide spread geotechnical invesitgations, Troy also undertakes effluent disposal, acid sulfate soil, waste classification and contamination assessments.
