Chris Crowe

Senior Associate / Geotechnical Engineer

Chris has over 20 years experience in geotechnical engineering and over the past decade has been involved in the investigation, design and construction of many of Victoria's major infrastructure projects.

These projects have included Eastlink, West Gate Freeway Upgrade, Victorian Desalination Plant, Regional Rail Link and Level Crossing Removal Projects, as well as numerous smaller road, rail, bridge and building projects across Victoria and projects in South Australia and Tasmania. This experience has included investigations for roads, bridges, railway lines, buildings, tunnels and pipelines and the design of footings, piles, retaining walls, soil nails, embankments and cuttings. In addition Chris has experience in slope stability and construction dewatering.

Chris is a Chartered Professional Engineer and obtained a BEng in civil engineering from Aston University and a MSc in engineering geology from Durham University in the UK. After graduating. he worked in Hong Kong for a number of years before returning to the UK and then moving to Australia.
