Jim is a Senior Associate Environmental Geologist at Douglas Partners' Melbourne Office and has over 12 years experience in environmental and geotechnical consulting.
Since joining Douglas Partners in 2004, Jim has been involved in a wide range of large and small scale environmental and geotechnical projects with particular emphasis on combined geotechnical / environmental projects.
Project experience includes contaminated land and groundwater assessments, groundwater resource evaluations, acid sulfate soil investigations, preparation of environmental management plans and a variety of geotechnical investigations relating to the construction of basements, pipelines, water and sewer infrastructure, commercial and residential developments and erosion control and management.
Jim’s role at Douglas Partners comprises the tendering for and management of a diverse range of projects and is currently the Melbourne office’s Branch Training Co-ordinator.
