Wen-Fei is an Environmental Scientist and Associate of Douglas Partners, with over 13 years of experience in contaminated land consulting.
Wen-Fei has been involved in numerous contaminated land assessments, remediation and validation projects for a wide range of land uses and facilities across public and private industries. She has also prepared various remediation action plans for soil, groundwater and soil vapour contamination and specific management plans for the management and monitoring of acid sulfate soil, asbestos and underground petroleum storage system. In addition, she has experience in providing day-to-day technical guidance to construction contractors for development projects.
Wen Fei’s areas of interest include learning and applying innovative and sustainable remediation technologies to her projects. She is an enthusiast in mentoring and empowering young women in the industry. She is the Sydney Branch Environmental Training Coordinator of Douglas Partners and is a member of Australasian Land and Groundwater Associate (ALGA), Cooperative Research Centre for Contamination Assessment and Remediation of the Environment (CRC CARE) and Australian Contaminated Land Consultants Associated (ACLCA).
She completed a Bachelor of Environmental Science with Honours and Arts in 2007 and commenced employment with Douglas Partners in the same year.
